Do you offer support for older models of your perimeter protection devices?
We still offer support across the board, and we continue selling new and improved versions of our award winning detectors
Do you provide on site support?
On site support is provided on a case by case basis – usually we are happy to lend a hand
Where can I find the specifications for a certain product?
If the specifications are not listed, and there is no link to download a brochure, please contact us, and we will be happy to provide you with the right technical literature
Do you sell only to governments?
We sell to a variety of clientele – some of our systems are government only, are export controlled and require end user certificates, issued by government authorities. With any of these systems, we cannot guarantee export, until it is approved by the Controlled Goods program of the Government of Canada
Do you offer software customization ?
Absolutely – many of our systems are made to order, and so no two are alike
Do you provide documentation ?
We provide full project support, with extensive levels of documentation and manuals
